I wanted to say thank you for all your help in assisting us with the purchase of our table and chairs.
We felt absolutely no pressure when we visited the showroom in Farnham. The staff were professional, friendly and approachable, we were given all the information we needed to make our choices, and the experience was 100% positive.
We did encounter a problem with the chairs, regarding the colour. The response was quick and we were given options to resolve the difficulty. I just wanted to email my huge satisfaction at the whole Mac and Mac experience. I bought a sofa and a barstool after visiting the site online and then visiting the showroom. I was helped by Luke, in the showroom, who was extremely helpful and interested in my shopping concerns. I was due to be working away from the UK when delivery was due and Luke assured me they would work around my dates when scheduling a delivery.
 
True to their word, Darren called me on a number of occasions to arrange a convenient date and was always extremely polite, good humoured and helpful. I have now received the sofa and the barstool, delivered by the logistics team of Mac and Mac. They were also extremely considerate in manoeuvring the furniture, ensuring they didn't cause any damage. I think the above says it all and now I intend to visit Mac & Mac whenever I need any new furniture.

Having recently taken delivery of four large pieces of furniture from yourselves I was glad to find that you had a 'customer review' option.   We cannot express how impressed we have been with Mac & Mac, from the day we walked into your showroom to the day that the furniture was delivered to us. We were not followed around the showroom by salesmen we were left to look at our leisure with the knowledge that there was someone there to answer our questions and to give us the support and help we needed in making our choices. Nothing has been too much trouble for you.  

The quality and craftsmanship of the table and chairs, the sideboard and the 2 sofa's that we purchased from you is excellent. We had a delivery time slot of an hour which was very convenient and meant we weren't sitting around all day just waiting.  

I have done and will continue to recommend you to family & friends. It's a breath of fresh air to know that there are still retailers that definitely pride themselves on putting the customer first. Many thanks for such a pleasant, stress free shopping experience.

Regarding my delivery of a small oak sideboard, I am delighted with my sideboard, it fits perfect in my hall, the quality is excellent. But the main reason I am writing to you today is to congratulate you on your personnel. The two men who delivered my sideboard today were very helpful and courteous, they unpacked it for me took the packing away and even started putting the handles on for me all in a very pleasant manner. I just wanted to let you know how pleased I was with the Breton chair I ordered just before Christmas, and not only with the chair but every aspect of the service. When I telephoned to see if the order could be put through for Christmas, the customer service dept said they would try but couldn't promise. They rang back to say they could. On the day of delivery the CS dept was closed but the sales dept answered my phone call about delivery time which was delayed due to heavy traffic and then the delivery arrived at 10 o'clock at night all the way from Bristol! A remarkable service when service is often less than good these days.
